The Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine presents Visiting Lecturer, Dr. James T. Rutka, Meds’81, DSc’17 for the 3rd Dr. David M. Robertson Memorial Visiting Lectureship. In this lecture, Rutka will present the topic "Human malignant gliomas: Clinical and research advances beyond the cutting edge”. This lecture will take place in person with a virtual option on Zoom.

Dr. James T. Rutka is a professor of Surgery at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto and a Neurosurgeon, in the Division of Neurosurgery at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.

The Dr. David M. Robertson Memorial Visiting Lectureship was established in memory of Dr. David M. Robertson, MD'55, MSc'60, to bring speakers on the topic of recent advances in nervous system diseases to the Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine.
