Description:

Dr. Saxe is one of Canada’s most respected environmental lawyers, with 40+ years’ unparalleled experience writing, interpreting, and litigating Ontario’s energy and environmental laws.
In this talk, Dr. Saxe will examine the successes and limitations of carbon pricing schemes in Canada and discuss what complementary measures are needed to keep warming below 2°C.
The talk is free and open to the public. Please join us to learn more about carbon pricing, which will undoubtedly be a critical issue in the upcoming federal election.
