Description:
Come join us, Saturday, January 5th from 10am until 1pm for our Family Christmas Bird Count at Elbow Lake Environmental Education Centre.
Learn about winter birds, join a guided hike, or go out on your own. Enjoy hot cocoa and treats as we tally what we found and see if you can help us top last year's record. All sightings will be reported to Bird Studies Canada as part of the CBC4Kids. All ages are welcome!
Bring your binoculars and snowshoes or borrow a pair of ours. Hot cocoa and snacks will be provided but feel free to bring a lunch.
