Details

Take a mindful pause and join Buddhist nuns from the Great Wisdom Buddhist Institute for an uplifting 90-minute session on the practice of OMAK—a powerful tool for reconnecting with your surroundings, rediscovering self-value, and cultivating self-compassion.

Through reflection and guided meditation, you’ll explore how OMAK can support healing, resilience, and empowerment in the face of life’s challenges.

Begin your day grounded, centered, and inspired.

Give yourself a moment to recalibrate and center yourself. In this online session, Buddhist nuns from Great Wisdom Buddhist Institute will bring you through a journey of self-discovery through the concept of OMAK: a tool to find value in our surroundings and ourselves.

With a focus on self-compassion, they will explore how OMAK can help us heal and feel empowered. The session will end with a guided meditation to find strength during overwhelming times.
