**This event is only open to BIPoC grad students and post-doctoral fellows. Exceptions may be made to BIPoC faculty and staff, space permitting.**
This workshop will be an informal and confidential space where grad students and post-docs who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPoC) can share their concerns, thoughts, and questions about experiencing racism in the classroom. As a group, we will unpack topics such as microaggressions, risk threshold, mitigating harm, and resources for support. Attendees will be invited, but not required, to share their experiences.
