Fireplace Series: Spaces and Places of Interdisciplinarity
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Set around a fireplace in Queen’s Stauffer Library, this series aims to spark interdisciplinary thought and ideas about all sorts of places that matter. Two speakers from different disciplinary backgrounds meet for an impromptu conversation, seeking both common and uncommon ground. After the conversation, the audience is invited to join in with questions. Sponsored by the Faculty of Arts and Science and Queen's University Library, these gatherings also will be recorded and shared as part of the Fireplace Podcast Series early in 2019.
