Forty Minute Focus

Balancing classes, tests, projects, extra-curricular activities and work is enough to make anyone feel overwhelmed. We invite you to take a moment to unwind with our Forty Minute Focus. This experiential workshop guides students through breathing exercises, a body scan and progressive muscle relaxation in a calm, positive space. Forty Minute Focus will relax the body, quiet the mind, and help you get focused.

Open to all students. 

Forty Minute Focus workshops run every Tuesday Every at Ban Righ Centre (Bader Lane, next to Ban Righ Hall).
