The Isabel 2026-2027 Season
Since winning the International Chopin Piano Competition in 1970, Garrick Ohlsson has been celebrated worldwide for his commanding technique and expansive artistry. Long regarded as one of the foremost interpreters of Frédéric Chopin, he brings depth and authority to a vast repertoire spanning the full piano literature.
This performance pairs two sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven with a sweeping selection of Chopin masterworks, including the Barcarolle, Fantasy in F minor, and the dramatic Scherzo No. 3, showcasing Ohlsson’s magisterial style at its finest.
