Queen's Athletics & Recreation is the leading provider of camp and youth programming in the Kingston area. Q-Camps offers welcoming and inclusive programs for youth ages 5–18, including PA Day, Winter Break, March Break, and Summer Q-Camps.

Our offerings range from sport and Gaels high-performance camps to themed and STEAM programs, ensuring options for all interests and skill levels. Q-Camps focuses on building friendships, supporting healthy and active lifestyles, developing physical literacy, and creating lasting memories.

In Summer 2026, Q-Camps is expanding with new camp offerings, additional sections of popular programs, and a new camp location at Richardson Stadium (West Campus).
