Dr. Hargrove began her career as a lecturer in Engineering at Cambridge University before breaking industry barriers at McLaren Racing, where she developed real-time simulations and the first F1 Racing simulator. Caroline is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mechanics from Cambridge. She received a CBE (Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for services to Engineering in 2020.
