Dr. Erna Snelgrove-Clarke will discuss learning more about person-centred leadership and a path to collaborative ways of working and engaging.

Leadership is a journey that brings many adventures and learning experiences. More specifically, it is an opportunity to enable ownership, shape culture, and align systems.

During change, for example COVID, leading a team is and was a moment in time where leaders may have seen themselves in a new light, questioned their role and its challenges, and questioned their way through.

Dr. Erna Snelgrove-Clarke, nurse, health educator and a proud Newfoundlander; Erna strongly believes in advocating for collaborative relationships and opportunities at all levels of work, interprofessional health education, clinical practice, and research; the pillars of her leadership. She is committed to all things person-centered, from health care to dancing up a storm.

The recording will be shared with registrants approximately one week after the session.
