A one-hour virtual awareness session that provides practical takeaways in a flexible timeframe, to assist you with unplugging in a virtual world.
In today's world of remote work, the lines between work and home are more blurred than ever as technology allows us to be constantly connected. In this seminar we will discuss the impact of being connected 24/7 and the benefits of unplugging. You will get some tips on how to take action to unplug from work and reconnect to your life.
This 1-hour instructor led training session through our EFAP provider TELUS Health, combines lecture elements with a variety of engaging elements like Q & A, group discussion, as well as polling and chat functionality.
