Certificate Requirements

Full-day workshop Gaining Competence in an Intercultural Workplace (Core Element)
6 half-day workshops from at least two elective streams, and no more than four electives from any one stream; participants who complete the maximum four workshops from one Elective Stream will have a “focus” noted on their certificate (e.g “Certificate in International Perspectives – Intercultural Focus”)

this course specifically covers the The Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory® (ICS), developed by Dr. Mitchell Hammer, which measures how we respond in conflict situations based on two cultural factors - how we communicate, and how we express our emotions.
