This group is run as a 7-week psycho-educational workshop addressing 4 main objectives:

  1. Stop self-destructive behaviours like procrastination and avoidance
  2. Identify and learn how to challenge core beliefs that may be sabotaging your success
  3. Manage your thoughts so that you feel more motivated 
  4. Have your emotions work for you rather than against you.
