Mental Health First Aid - Student Wellness Services Mental Health Training
Mental Health First Aid Training is a certificate course to improve mental health literacy through greater depth and breadth of understanding of mental health issues. The purpose of MHFA is to teach participants how best to assist someone showing signs of a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Participants must attend both days in full. The session runs 9am - 4pm each day.
This is a certificate course instructed by a Queen's professional staff via Student Wellness Services and overseen by Mental Health First Aid Canada.
Registration in advance is required as a minimun number of participants are required. This course will be cancelled if registration does not meet the minimun. Following registration further details will be provided to participants.
