Minfulness + Self-Compassion (Online)

Mindfulness is about being fully present in the moment without getting too caught up in our thoughts and feelings. Self-compassion is about treating yourself with the same kindness, concern and support you’d show to a good friend. Learn how to cultivate both mindfulness and self-compassion. The change starts with you.
