Nature Walk
Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Guided by passages from “Wild Calm: Finding Mindfulness in Forest Bathing” by Joan Vorderbruggen, and the poetry of Mary Oliver, Interfaith Chaplain Erin will lead us through times of movement, stillness, contemplation, and reflection as we ground ourselves in nature. This is a great opportunity for intention and connection.
Location
Meeting Location: Meet at Theological Hall on the steps that face the Tennis Courts.
Route: We will walk along the waterfront, stopping frequently for mindfulness, reflection, and poetry, and then returning to Theological Hall.
