[ONLINE] Creating a Customized Self-Care Plan During Physical Distancing

Are you interested in starting a new health habit like being more physically active or eating better, but not sure how? Changing healthy behaviours can be hard, especially during physical distancing, but engaging in positive coping strategies is one of the more effective ways to manage stress. This online session will give you a chance to look at what you are currently doing to manage stress and allow you to create (or enhance) your own self-care plan. Before the end of the workshop, you will also get the chance to develop a specific plan to start engaging in a new health behaviour immediately (or in the very near future).
