Are sustainable and healthy diets for all possible?
Speaker: Dr. Walter Willett is a physician and epidemiologist and Professor of Epidemiology and Nutrition at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He served as Chair of the Department of Nutrition at Harvard for 25 years.
Learning objectives:
- Describe a healthy diet in broad terms
- Describe a sustainable diet in broad terms
- Quantify degree to which premature mortality could be prevented by global adherence to the EAT-Lancet Commission dietary targets
This lecture is part of an online series of 6 lectures that has been certified for up to 6 CFPC Group Learning credits and 6 Royal College Section 1- Group Learning hours, 1 credit/lecture. It provides a Queen’s University certificate of completion for up to 6 hours of professional learning for health professionals.
