Description:

Learn how to increase your personal resilience through changing your thinking patterns.

Join Lisa and Marie as they discussion different mental models for increasing resilience, and share their own experiences with resilient thinking. This is an interactive 30-min webinar, where participants will be invited to share their experiences and ask questions.

The content for this webinar will be covered in the first 30 minutes; facilitators will remain for another 15 minutes for further questions and discussion.
