At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify local (FLA) resources and supports for providing palliative care in the community
2. Prepare for an expected death at home (equipment, use of injectable medications, symptom response kits, CADDs, working with NPs and homecare teams, 24/7 support from specialist palliative care team)
3. Understand after death procedures (death certificates, when to call the coroner)
4. Identify palliative billing codes
