Invigorating and fun: Powwow Boot Camp focuses on body and spatial awareness through full-bodied movement, targeting core strength in addition to muscularity of the legs, cardio and coordination and dexterity.

Powwow Boot Camp is not a performance it is participatory exercising. The class is geared for constant movement. No prior experience is required.

Please wear workout clothing and make sure to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Powwow Boot Camp is an invigorating physical expression of life. We dance to raise our spirits and to give thanks for our bodies, for the land and all living entities. Celebrate being alive and be prepared to sweat!
