Mr. Alastair Macdonald, MIR '87 will deliver the final Safka lecture of the summer 2019 term. Mr. Macdonald is currently the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Nestle Canada. Alastair Has been employed with Nestle Canada in senior roles since 1995. As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Alastair is responsible for championing organizational transformation and change.
