A new version of the Queen's Events Calendar will launch Wednesday, August 26. All events dated September 1, 2024 and later will be migrated. As part of this process, additions to the current calendar will be suspended at 3:00 p.m. on August 25.

Simḥat Torah

Description:

Simḥat Torah (Rejoicing of the Law) is the beginning of the synagogue's annual Torah reading cycle. Reform Jews celebrate it along with Shemini Atzeret. Religious accommodation may be required for this observance/holy day. Suspension of work/classes may be requested by observant.
