Multiple ways of knowing, interpreting, and organizing the world are the backbone of STEM; however, only a few ways of knowing are valued within schools and are taught to teacher candidates. Queen's graduate researchers went into a Grade 9 Ontario secondary school to expand upon the current Math and Science curriculum.
