Strategies to Tackle Overwhelming Exam Stress

Understand how emotions might be affecting your ability to prepare for exams and/or deal with associated stress/anxiety. This workshop will help you develop healthy coping strategies to manage emotions and behaviours more effectively. These strategies will include the PEACE strategy, anxiety reduction techniques and many more. Don’t let exam stress get the best of you - we are here to help!   

In this workshop you will: 

  • Identify what you are doing well already to build on those strengths
  • Reflect on what might be getting in your way of managing exam stress 
  • Learn 8 points of focus to reduce exam stress

NOTE: This workshop is for students only.  Registration recommended but drop-ins welcome.
