Strength training can help burn off excess fat, strengthen, sculpt, tone and improve mental health! Just 20 - 30 minutes, 2-3 days a week, is enough to see results! Join us and crush one strength training workout with us for the week. You'll feel the adrenalin and get inspired to do another round before the week is up. You're welcome!

Strength Fitness Instructor, Queen's Athletics & Recreation Centre.

Although participants will be able to see live video of the instructor, all participant videos will be automatically turned off for privacy during your workout.
