Stress & Anxiety Group

This six-week psycho-educational group is designed to introduce cognitive-behavioural strategies (CTB) and self-care concepts. This program is for students who are struggling with anxiety and problems with stress. We will cover the nature, signs and symptoms of anxiety then provide specific, evidence-based strategies for improving anxiety and coping with stress. Sessions will focus on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns, goals setting and learning ways to live a happier, more balance and satisfied life.
