Systematic Searching Workshop [ONLINE]

The Systematic Searching workshop will take place online over Zoom; registration is required.
Take your research skills to the next level with searching techniques for systematic and scoping reviews, where you'll discover how to select the most appropriate databases for your research question and master the essential components that make a literature search exhaustive and reproducible. You'll gain hands-on experience through a live demonstration of Ovid MEDLINE and dedicated working session where you can develop your own search strategy with personalized guidance and support from two experienced librarians.
Whether you're just starting your research journey or looking to expand your methodological toolkit, this workshop welcomes learners at every level and discipline. Our supportive environment is perfect for students and faculty alike who are curious about systematic and scoping reviews.
This workshop is part of the Bracken Health Science Library's Systematic and Scoping Review Workshop Series designed to provide a foundation for undertaking a systematic or scoping review and complements the Training Modules (https://guides.library.queensu.ca/knowledge-syntheses/training_modules). These workshops can be taken in any order.
