Mr. Alastair Macdonald, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Nestle Canada, will deliver the Winkler Speaker series in Industrial Relations on February 9, 2018.  In his current position at Nestle, Mr. Macdonald is responsible for championing organizational and transformational change in an increasingly complex environment by developing capabilities and engaging people in a deeply values-based culture.
