Women in Science Queen’s presents Donna Gillespie, Chief Executive Officer at Kingston Economic Development Corporation, for a special discussion  on the ‘dos’ and ‘don’ts’ of salary negotiation, entitled ‘Negotiating Salary: Is there gender difference during the hiring process?’ Gillespie will share her expertise from the perspective of both an employee and an employer as well as dicuss the importance of being prepared to make your case and land a job offer that is realistic and reasonable. Lunch will be available during the discussion.
