What does wellbeing mean to you? In this creative jewelry-making session, you’ll craft a wearable piece of art that symbolizes your personal journey, intentions, and self-care practices.

- Use colours and symbols to reflect on wellbeing
- Create a customized piece of jewelry with meaning
- Engage in a relaxing and creative experience

  • Description: A reflective art session where participants will create wearable art that utilizes colour and symbols to identify what wellness means to them. Participants will leave with a personalized, handcrafted piece of jewelry that serves as a reminder of their wellbeing journey.
  • Time: 90 minutes
  • Materials Provided: Beads, cords, and jewelry-making supplies
