This session supports graduate students moving from a Teaching Assistant (TA) role to a Teaching Fellow (TF) or instructor role. Participants will explore the shifting responsibilities, expectations, and identity that come with increased instructional autonomy. Topics include course planning, student communication, managing expectations in the classroom, and navigating common challenges in leading a course.
