"Design Thinking” is a disciplined, human-centred approach for creating better solutions to the challenges facing society, making a difference leading to positive impact, and creating opportunities for yourselves and others. Design thinking is grounded in observation, insight and empathy for people, understanding their workarounds, and what they say, think, feel, and do. 

This collaborative workshop with graduate students from various disciplines across Queen's will introduce the Design Thinking approach, and will provide an opportunity to apply this approach to develop possible solutions to improve the sustainability behaviour of a community.
