Will Lakusta is Director, Health Workforce Integration at Ontario Health and is responsible for a suite of health human resources (HHR) programs focused on helping communities to reach their health workforce goals. Will has a Master’s degree in public administration with a focus on health workforce planning, and has over 15 years experience in HHR with an interest in modelling and forecasting and rural/remote health workforce challenges and opportunities. He previously worked in healthcare consulting and in the hospital sector.
