Thank you for your cooperation with the University's efforts in improving customer service for persons with disabilities.  The Accessible Customer Service online training course consists of three (3) modules.

Accessible Customer Service training modules:

  1. Understanding the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service
  2. Communicating with Customers with Disabilities
  3. Serving Customers with Disabilities

 

Note: You may complete the course over more than one sitting.  Completing the module in less than 30-minutes will result in an INVALID error.  Bookmark your current place in the course and do not clear your browser's cookies.
