Ethan Heming

Ethan is the Laboratory Coordinator for the Neurotech Discovery Lab at Queen’s University, where he supports the delivery of hands-on neurotechnology education and undergraduate research training. His work focuses on enabling students to engage directly with neuroscience tools, experimental systems, and applied research workflows.

Ethan has a background in neuroscience research, with training at the Laboratory of Integrative Motor Behaviour at Queen’s University. His academic work has focused on sensorimotor systems, motor control, and neurophysiology, contributing to studies of motor cortex function and human behavioural performance.

Alongside his academic work, Ethan brings experience in software engineering and systems design, contributing to the development of scalable tools and platforms that support complex coordination and analysis tasks.
