CIDP Director Dr. Howard Coombs authored a chapter in the just released CANSOFCOM publication Force Multiplier: Utilization of SOF from a Small State Perspective. Dr. Coombs' "Canadian Special Operations Forces and Enabling Bad Strategic Behaviour: Operation Aegis" explores the strategic connection, in a Canadian context, between the usage of SoF and international operations.
