In part 1 of this 2-part workshop, find out how underlying emotions or other factors might be affecting your motivation and leading to procrastination. You will have an opportunity to reflect on your tendency to put off tasks and develop strategies to shift your behaviour. Leave refreshed with new insights and a game plan to tackle your tasks next week!
In this workshop you will:
- Examine the underlying factors that may be preventing you from getting things done
- Rethink to-do lists and schedules to stay organized without being overwhelmed
- Identify 3 strategies you can try to change your procrastinating behaviours
This wellness workshop is for students only. Registration recommended but drop-ins welcome.
