Are you feeling overloaded by a mountain of work and exams looming in the distance? Understand how your perception of stress might be affecting your ability to effectively deal with your responsibilities. This workshop will help you shift your focus so you can feel more in control. Don’t let your workload weigh you down - we are here to help!  

In this workshop you will: 

  • Reflect on what might be getting in your way of managing stress 
  • Learn about mindsets that can help to shift your nervous energy so you can stay in the zone
  • Make a plan to incorporate healthy coping strategies into your routine so you can stay energized through this intense period
  • Obtain a quick review of two essential study strategies

This wellness workshop is for students only.  Registration recommended but drop-ins welcome.
