Good sleep is essential to health! These two workshops will share strategies to improve and regulate your sleep. This workshop is designed for people who have trouble falling asleep (insomnia) and/or regulating their sleep (sleeping inconsistently, shift-work, seasonal issues). This is part two of a two part session. The first session is on February 15, 2018 with a separate registration. Please commit to attend both sessions as the 2nd session is a follow up.
