Do you think you could come to truly appreciate something you've resented for so long? Has the STRESS in your life felt heavy and overwhelming? Do you just wish it would go away? What if we told you that there is a way to make that stress a positive thing? We know it sounds farfetched, but that's exactly what this session is designed to do. In this single session workshop you and your stress will work together in an effort to strengthen communication and begin to use each other's strengths to overcome the challenges of the upcoming year. The only thing you should be stressed about is missing this session!
