Join us for an Observatory Open House on Saturday August 8th at 8:30pm in Ellis Hall Auditorium at Queen's University.
This month we are excited to feature Dr. Nikhil Arora, the Education and Outreach Officer at the McDonald Institute at Queen's, who will be presenting "The Cosmic Shapeshifters: The Hidden Mystery Inside the Sun"
The presentation will be followed by a tour of the Queen’s Observatory where visitors will have the chance to view the planets and/or other celestial objects with our telescopes. The tour will also include a visit to the Arthur B. McDonald Canadian Astroparticle Physics Research Institute.
