Join us for bi-weekly Monday night programming! The Centre will be open for students to come and hang out, do homework, play games, bead, and/or take part in a structured activity. 

This week we are offering a gentle restorative yoga class with our friends from the ARC! Great for beginners, 4D has equipment for use, but BYOM (Bring your own mat) if you have one you prefer!
