Queen's Employment Equity Plan Annual Reports
The Employment Equity Plan is developed yearly with the contributions of the Faculty and Staff Recruitment, Retention and Support (FSRRS) UCARE Sub-Council as well as employees who participate in the Employment Equity Forum. The plan outlines initiatives in the following areas: Recruitment, Retention and Professional Development.
JCAA Employment Equity Compliance Report
As per the 2022-2025 Queen's University-QUFA Collective Agreement, within Article 24 Employment Equity (Section 24.4.4), the HREO monitors the progress made in employment equity in the Bargaining Unit and report its findings every year to the Parties. The report of the HREO will document the progress made in meeting the goals of Article 24.1 and Article 9. The report is reviewed by the Joint Committee to Administer the Agreement (JCAA).
