Students who are going to complete a Masters or PhD degree at Queen's University, the Royal Military College of Canada, Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), and Ryerson University can apply to the LEADERS program. We are also accepting applications from Postdoctoral Fellows. Upper year Undergraduate Students are invited to apply so as to take part in various initiatives, like the WatIF conference and potential employment as Research Assistants. We are accepting students from a number of disciplines including Engineering, Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Geological and Health-related), Environmental Studies, Geography and Planning among others.
MSc students: 2 years
PhD students: 4 years
Post-Doctoral Fellows: 1-2 years
LEADERS-CREATE will run for the next 6 years. Students should apply to the LEADERS as soon as possible as a limited number of students will be accepted into the program. To become a LEADERS student you must also apply to or be accepted into your degree of choice through Queen's University, the Royal Military College of Canada, Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), or Ryerson University.
