Position: Marketing Assistant
Job Description: The BWRC Marketing Assistant will report to the Associate Directors of the BWRC. The incumbent will provide support in the development of various promotional and marketing materials for the BWRC, update of the BWRC website and social media accounts. The incumbent will also be responsible for some housekeeping duties at the Centre. The incumbent may also be assigned other special projects under the direction of the BWRC Associate Directors.
Qualifications:
Must be a 3rd-4th year undergraduate or graduate student
Excellent writing, editing, grammar and proofreading skills with an ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in marketing, social media management, etc.
Experience with use of various software for graphic design and website management
Proficient computer and office skills, including a strong knowledge of Macintosh computer systems and word processing programs
A team-oriented approach, a serve-oriented perspective and professionalism
Rate of pay: $14.60/hr
