We can't wait to introduce you to the Queen’s First-Year Off-Campus Community (First-Year OCC) and provide you with a fantastic Orientation experience! We hope this introduction creates a comfortable, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all of the first-year students living off-campus. The First-Year OCC aims to support your transition to Queen’s and to living away from home – wherever home is to you! - and is active year-round for ongoing support during your first year!

Tricolour Parade and Welcome
Meet your Off-Campus Leaders at Tindall Parking Lot to join the Parade!
The incoming class will parade to the official welcome and kick-off of Fall Orientation in Richardson Stadium.

These events are part of University Orientation and are open and free to attend!
Campus Highlight Tours!
Join a campus tour to hear from upper-year guides about the "need to know" locations for your first month on campus. These short evening tours will introduce you to the essential locations for snacks, studying and staying fit.
Meet & Mingles
Equity-deserving students will have the opportunity to find community on campus during their first few days of classes at our Meet & Mingles! Visit Yellow House, QUIC, Four Directions, and more campus partners to build friendships with your peers and connections with upper years.
Tricolour Open House (open to all students)
In partnership with the AMS Clubs Office and Athletics & Recreation, the Tricolour Open House is an opportunity for new and returning students to learn about the diverse selection of clubs and campus resources at Queen’s.
