As the Manager of Access and Inclusion with the Undergraduate and Recruitment team, Richard manages the First-Generation Student Admissions Pathway and the Queen’s Equity Ambassador Program. Both initiatives focus on increasing access and awareness to the post-secondary experience by engaging with equity deserving and racialized students to reduce barriers.
