CARE Referral Program
The CARE referral program is an early alert system that helps identify students who are struggling and connect them to resources early on.
Assessment & Care Team (ACT)
Queen’s Assessment and Care Team (ACT) meet regularly to support students by detecting early indicators of potential concerning behavior, disruptive conduct, self-harm, and risk of violence to others.

The Student Community Relations Office supports students living in the Kingston community by fostering good citizenship and positive community engagement.
Non-Academic Misconduct
Non-Academic Misconduct Intake Office (NAMIO)
For students who encounter the non-academic misconduct system, intake and referral is handled by the NAMIO.
Student Conduct Office
For students involved in Category 2 misconduct, the Student Conduct Office manages and investigates cases.
